Refund Policy

Overview

At UHub, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not entirely happy with your order, we offer a comprehensive refund policy to ensure your peace of mind.

30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of purchase. If you wish to return a product, you must initiate the return process within 30 days of receiving your order. After 30 days, we cannot accept returns or process refunds.

Condition of Products

To be eligible for a refund, items must be:

• Unused and in original, unused condition
• In original packaging with all tags and labels intact
• Free from damage or wear
• Not modified or altered in any way

Products that show signs of use, damage, or have been washed/altered will not be eligible for refunds. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items that do not meet these conditions.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

1. Contact us at piyush.utilityhub@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
2. Provide photos of the product and packaging if requested
3. Wait for our return authorization and shipping instructions
4. Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided
5. Your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. However, if the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, damaged in shipping, etc.), we will provide a prepaid shipping label and refund the return shipping cost.

Refund Amount

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process a full refund of the product price if it meets our return conditions. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that refunds may take 5-7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

• Items used or washed
• Items without original packaging
• Items with missing tags or labels
• Clearance or final sale items
• Items purchased during special promotions (unless otherwise stated)

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we offer exchanges at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the defect, and we'll arrange an exchange immediately.

Defective Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately with photos. We will replace the item or issue a full refund without requiring you to cover return shipping. You must report defects within 7 days of receipt.
